Running a car dealership can be difficult. Buyers are never quite sure what they want, and for something so expensive and important, they tend to be unable to make up their mind. This is an even better way to show that you care, because it means you actually take the time to get to know your followers and by reading their posts.

2. Incentive

A great way to show your customers you care about them is by offering giveaways, coupons or other free gifts. This will lead them to comment on your profile more and encourage them to continue their relationship with you by coming to your dealership and checking out your products.

3. Say Thank You

Everyone loves to be appreciated, and nothing shows appreciation more than a simple thank you. If a customer says something nice about you, leave them a simple “Thanks!” and they’ll be feeling like a million bucks.
