izmocars Taps Video Game Industry Veteran Brian Wiklem to Lead CG Imaging and Virtual Reality Efforts
Wiklem brings more than 20 years of experience in large-scale CG content production and digital publishing to the international production studio
Long Beach, CA — January 20, 2016 — izmocars, the leading producer of interactive media for the automotive industry, has announced the appointment of Brian Wiklem to lead izmofx, the company’s CG effort and izmotion, izmocar’s automotive interactive video brand.
An executive veteran of the video gaming industry for more than two decades, Wiklem brings a wealth of experience in publishing knowledge, operational expertise, and a passion for gaming to his role. At izmocars, he is busy producing izmofx, a complete computer graphics (CG) product line, and izmotion, featuring innovative video capabilities, moving izmocars into the future and redefining how vehicles are sold world-wide.

In addition to his on-going work with izmotion, Wiklem is also leading the efforts for izmocars newest product, izmofx. izmofx is izmocar’s entrance into the CG market, with high resolution images produced from fully-rendered CG vehicles featuring the highest accuracy available. Using izmofx, clients will be able to show any car, with any color, any background, and at any angle. Wiklem says “You dream it, we build it.” izmofx is being delivered to izmocars clients today.

In addition to our work with izmofx, we will be delivering a virtual reality product to clients in the second quarter, and a way to present a content-rich overview of a car in 100 seconds. Prior to joining izmocars, Wiklem was involved in large scale automotive CG production as well as video game development. His gaming background ranges from founding a social game developer and publisher, to managing production for established game developers and publishers. Brian has a strong background in building and managing large scale teams, and his entrepreneurial spirit ensures that the team and product is poised for success. At Heavy Iron Studios, he was responsible for the production of console games based on Disney-Pixar’s Ratatouille,
