NASHVILLE, Tenn.[02/12/10]- Mazda North American Operations and Dealerskins, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions and a leading provider of automotive dealer web services, are partnering together for the second year in a row, naming Dealerskins as Mazda’s preferred website provider.
Mazda dealers have seen great success with their websites since the partnership between Mazda and Dealerskins was first inked in July 2008. Dealer site lead count has steadily increased, showing a positive trend in buyer behavior.
“Dealerskins has provided our Mazda dealers with an effective website solution that also integrates with our suite of dealer tools, which has resulted in a significant improvement in consumer engagement,” said Michael Garant, digital marketing, for Mazda North American Operations. “We are constantly working directly with our dealers and Dealerskins to deliver our brand promise and to meet customer expectations in the digital space.”
Dealerskins integrates a variety of tools and services for Mazda dealer websites including manufacturer incentives that automatically display, new vehicle brochures that are accessible through the vehicle details pages, and a Mazda-compliant quote router tool that enables Mazda dealers to track leads while eliminating duplicate and spam leads.
Along with these Mazda-specific tools, Dealerskins offers around-the-clock access to dedicated support and the Mazda Knowledge Base.
As a part of the renewed partnership, Mazda and Dealerskins will launch a pilot program through which Dealerskins will process the co-op claims for dealer websites on behalf of their Mazda customers.
Since Dealerskins ensures 100 percent co-op compliancy, it will file for reimbursement on a dealer’s behalf and handle issue resolution if necessary. That includes a promise that if a co-op issue cannot be resolved, and it’s something Dealerskins could have prevented, Dealerskins will reimburse the dealer for missed co-op funds.
Dealerskins provides beautiful and powerful web solutions that drive results for automotive dealers. Our expertise comes from real-world dealership experience and a passion for responding to our dealers’ needs. Our founders designed, built and used the first Dealerskins website while working at a top-50 dealership group. Today, Dealerskins builds interactive, customized websites with the same enterprise-level research tools previously found only on manufacturer websites.
