Laurie Halter is the Owner of Charisma! Communications, a boutique PR agency specializing in the automotive technology space.

After spending her first three years out of college at a data company operating in the automotive industry, Laurie left her role as the Marketing Program Director to start Charisma! Communications which she has been leading for the last twenty years.

Laurie makes connections and introductions for her clients with the goal of uniting different people across the industry to further their products, their careers, and themselves as thought leaders.

Laurie delivers on-brand PR strategies and marketing and social media campaigns to support them. Content creation, executed by a stable of writers, producers, and video producers and led by Laurie’s strategic intent, delivers the PR and marketing outputs that have allowed Laurie to become a household name in the industry.

Laurie is the host of the Carearing podcast, where she explores work/life balance issues experienced by females who are in leadership positions as well as the host of People in Automotive, a Dealer Marketing Magazine monthly video interview focused on highlighting the change-makers in our industry.”
