As CCO, Rains will oversee new business, customer retention, operations, strategic partnerships and marketing. His abilities will aid the organization in increasing market share and value for products, as the organization’s predictive analytics solutions continually advance.
Specifically, Rains will aim to increase automotiveMastermind’s overall number of dealer partners, while retaining strong relationships with existing partners.
