Scott Toland credits his determination and resilience to his mother Diane, who from Scott’s earliest memories was always a pillar of strength. After a terrible tragedy, Scott became the man of the house at the young age of 7. Diane taught him that any goal could be achieved if you stay focused and constantly make positive efforts toward the outcome you desire.
In 1984, with no associates and no clients, Scott opened the doors to “Toland & Associates” – now The Toland Group, a full service marketing and advertising company. His company offers competitive research services, media market analysis, business performance studies and strategic growth for profit planning.
When his business strategies and marketing ideas became highly sought after, Scott Toland started teaching marketing and sales training workshops. The curriculum focuses on proven methods to grow market share, increase sales penetration, improve business profitability, develop full-scale marketing strategies and build effective plans to gain an advantage over the competition.
